August 22nd is Earth Overshoot Day this year – the calculated date when humanity’s demand for resources exceeds what Earth can regenerate in that year. That overshoot turned out to be later (better) than expected because of COVID-19 - we will have used fewer resources this year than we would have otherwise.
This list is in conjunction with our program : The Positives of COVID-19 Through the Lens of Earth Overshoot Day. The Limits To Growth - Donella Meadows The Age of Sustainable Development - Jeffrey Sachs The Green New Deal: Why the Fossil Fuel Civilization Will Collapse by 2028 - Jeremy Rifkin Documentaries to Stream: Riverblue No Impact Man Deep Green
