Thanks to the generosity of the Kurz Family Foundation, the Nyack Library recently created the Herbert Kurz Business Corner on the 4th Floor. The goals of the Herbert Kurz Business Corner are to provide a place where entrepreneurs can research business opportunities and job seekers can access both online and print materials in their search for employment. The Corner contains books, periodicals, and two computers loaded with online resources for the public to access information on business, finance, and employment. This collection includes: Reference USA, ABI/Inform, Gale Business Insights, Gale Small Business Collection, Glassdoor Jobs and Recruitment Site, JobNow, Learning Express Library and Morningstar.
 
These dedicated computers also highlight Rockland County-based organizations that offer the community information on skills and strategies to develop active members in the business community.
