Residents of the following locations are eligible for full library privileges (borrowing materials, reference services, interlibrary loan and use of the facilities): Nyack, Upper Nyack, South Nyack, and Grandview, as well as Upper Grandview and Central Nyack residents who are residents of the Nyack Union Free School District.
Application for a library card may be made at the Circulation Desk or by using our online form. Adults must provide 2 forms of ID: (1) a photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, and (2) a proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, pay stub, car registration, or other official document with your name and current Nyack address. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian). If applying online, you will be contacted to come to the library with a picture ID and proof of address to complete the registration process. Children between the ages of 13 and 18 must provide a photo ID or proof of enrollment in the Nyack School District. PO Box holders must provide proof of residency. New library cards will be mailed to patrons within seven days of registration. |
