This $1,000 award will recognize a Nyack High School Senior with an interest in History and Research. All college-bound seniors are eligible to apply. Candidates should complete an application and write an essay on a topic related to local history. Students must use materials in the Local History Room of The Nyack Library to form the basis for their research. Submissions should represent original research, and a bibliography will be required. Interested students are encouraged to contact Local History Librarian Kat Sullivan to discuss topic selection or arrange research visits.
