SUMMER READING PROGRAM

Welcome to the 2011 Summer Reading Program for Teens entering grades 6 through 12.  Reading and responding to five books automatically wins you an AMC Movie Theater ticket.  When you continue to read more books, you will be entered into a contest for the most books critiqued over the summer, based on responses entered in our online program.  If you do not have access to a computer at home, you may enter your reports via the library computers.  Gift cards will be awarded to the top three reader/reporters.  

  Pre-registration for all activities is required.

Award Winning Video “Director 8"

Lucas Ruderman, a tenth grader at Nyack High School, was chosen as winner of the "You Are Here" Teen Video Challenge 2011 for New York State for his short film "Director 8".  Congratulations Lucas!!!
