Teen Scene General Information

Teen Scene Room

Teens are welcome at the Nyack Library!   We have a brand new room in the new wing of the library that is solely dedicated to serving the needs of teens in grades 6th to 12th grade.  The area is furnished with comfortable beanbag seating areas, as well as tables for research and homework, a bank of four (eventually eight) computer terminals with internet access, and a vibrant collection of young adult books, magazines, CDs, audiovisual and reference materials.   Weekly teen programming will take place in the new Teen Room.   A bulletin board which lists jobs, education and teen activities in the community will also be available.   Come visit us!
